English Scones
My British friend taught me how to make scones. I lessened the ingredient amounts so they were easier to make, and they turned out surprisingly crispy and moist.Mix the flour and butter evenly so the texture is like breadcrumbs. This is the main point!Cut out the shapes with a sharp cutter. The final result will be fluffier! If you want the scones to be very moist, use more milk. If the dough doesn't come together easily, let it rest in the fridge first. Recipe by Waabisuke

Cinnamon Doughnut Holes
Makes 24-30 doughnut holes. Everytime I've made them, it's made 29. The story behind this recipe for me is that for highschool swimming, we had to make a baked good or treat to share with the team. I didn't want to just do something predictable like chocolate chip cookies, so I thought about the other sweets that I enjoy. And I thought about the State Fair and mini donuts popped in my mind. These doughnut holes are simple, fun and quick to make.

Zucchini Bread
My brother’s neighbor brought over some zucchini bread a few years back. He pulled it out of the fridge and asked if I wanted some. I very reluctantly agreed to try it. I know, I also thought, “What kind of sick woman would put zucchini in bread”!? However, I was instantly proven wrong with just the first bite and I was amazed. I wondered how it survived for so long... I was thinking I would have eaten the whole loaf. It was addictive. Maybe it wasn’t only zucchini in there. Hahaha! Anyway, I started doing some research on this bread and made some in my cast iron mini loaf pans.
