Ingredients

  • Gradulated sugar
  • Plain flour
  • Butter
  • Peppermint flavour
  • Baking powder
  • Baking soda
  • Eggs
  • Liquid milk
  • Colours pink and white

Steps

60minutes
  1. 1

    Measure out all the dry ingredients.

  2. 2

    Whisk together all the liquid ingredients in a separate bowl

  3. 3

    Pour in the dry ingredients and whisk on a high speed for 5minutes.

  4. 4

    Pour everything in the creamed baking pan and place in a preheated oven.

  5. 5

    Bake for 40minutes.
