Ingredients

  • 1 bowlrice puffs
  • 1 bowlpoha
  • 1potato
  • 1 bowlpeanuts
  • 1/4 cupkishmish
  • 12-15cashews
  • 12-15almonds
  • 7-8curry leaves
  • 1 tspchat masala
  • 1/2 tspsugar
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • To tastesalt
  • as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and grate the potato.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a wok add fried grated potato.

  3. 3

    Fry the poha,rice puffs,almonds,cashwes.keep aside.

  4. 4

    Transfer into a mixing bowl,add black pepper, salt,sugar,chat masala.

  5. 5

    Now add kishmish and fried curry leaves mix it well.
