Take a cup of Maida, add salt and now add required water to make soft dough.Make small round balls with the dough.Prepare thin and round chapatis.Now put on the stove,fry the chapatis on the pan.Keep the chapatis aside.

Crack two eggs in a bowl. Add sufficient salt and pepper. And beat the egg mixture well.

Put on the stove, Take a pan and pour two tsp of oil. Now add onions,let the onions fry till they are transparent. Add green chillies and let them cooked. Keep the onion and chillies mixture aside.

Now in the same pan add small and Soft boneless Chicken pieces. Let the Chicken gets cooked until the water evaporates. Add turmeric Powder and add the onion chillies mixture to the Chicken. Finally add sufficient salt to the recipe. Chilli Chicken is ready.

Take a chapati, pour three or four spoons of egg mixture on the top of the chapatis and grease the egg mixture evenly. Put some Chilli Chicken on the egg mixture and roll the chapati, close the two edges of the roll. Chicken rolls are ready for deep fry.

Put on the stove and keep the pan of oil for deep fry. Fry the rolls till they gets golden colour.

Time for plating garnish with boiled eggs, Pepper corns, carrot and Maggy as the Hatching Chicken eggs in the nest.That's it..Delicious Chicken Rolls are ready.
