Ingredients

  • 70 gmsMaida/plain flour
  • 1/2 tspbaking powder
  • 1/2 tspbaking soda
  • 1 tspcocoa powder
  • 2eggs
  • 70 gmbutter
  • 100 gmsugar
  • 1 cupbuttermilk (mix 1 tsp vinegar in 1 cup milk)
  • 1/2 tspred colour
  • 1 tspvanilla extract
  • For icing:
  • 2 cupwhipped cream
  • 2 tbspbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    Sieve all the dry ingredients in a bowl twice.

  2. 2

    Whisk egg, sugar and butter for 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add dry mixture in it and mix it with spatula.

  4. 4

    Pre heat the oven at 180 C. Pour this batter in cup cake liners. And place them in cup cake mould. Bake it for 15 minutes.

  5. 5

    Insert the toothpick if it comes out clear then take them out on a wire rack and cool down completely.

  6. 6

    In a bowl whisk whipped cream and butter till creamy foam.

  7. 7

    Use star nozzle and make designs on cup cakes. And decorate it with your choice.

  8. 8

    Every kids' favorite cup cake is ready.
