Ingredients

1/2 ltrcold milk
2 tablespoonGulkand
1 teaspoonSaunf
10 approxFresh pan leaves (small leaves)
If you have big leaves then take only 4-5
1 pinchGreen colour
4-5 tspSugar or as per taste
10-12Ice cubes

Steps

In a mixer first add chopped pan leaves, gulkand, saunf, green colour and sugar and 1 cup milk, mix it

Now add the remaining milk and ice cubes and mix it again in a mixer

Now serve chilled and decorate it with pan leaves.
