Boil chicken with salt and ginger garlic paste.

When cooled,shred it,and keep aside.

Heat butter in a wok,add paprika, chilli flakes, and oregano.

Add shredded chicken, Salt and cook on high flame till 1 minute.

Let the mixture cool completely.

When cool, take small portion of mixture and make cylindrical snapped balls.

Beat an egg with pepper and salt.

Deep the balls in egg batter and coat in bread crumbs.

Keep refrigerated till 1 hour.

Then fry in hot oil till crisp.
