Ingredients

3-8 hours
4 servings
  • 500 gramsoxtail
  • 3carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 3medium-sized potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 2 clovesgarlic, smashed
  • 1/2 tspground black pepper
  • 1/4 tspgrated mace
  • 1/4 tspground coriander
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 2 cupsbeef broth (or 2 cups of water with bullion cubes)
  • 1 tbspchopped celery

Steps

3-8 hours
  1. 1

    Put everything except chopped celery in slow cooker.

  2. 2

    Cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or LOW 6-8 hours.

  3. 3

    Set to WARM and put chopped celery about 15 minutes before serving.
