Ingredients

3-8 hours
4 servings
  1. 500 gramsoxtail
  2. 3carrots, peeled and chopped
  3. 3medium-sized potatoes, peeled and chopped
  4. 2 clovesgarlic, smashed
  5. 1/2 tspground black pepper
  6. 1/4 tspgrated mace
  7. 1/4 tspground coriander
  8. 1 tspsalt
  9. 2 cupsbeef broth (or 2 cups of water with bullion cubes)
  10. 1 tbspchopped celery

Steps

3-8 hours
  1. 1

    Put everything except chopped celery in slow cooker.

  2. 2

    Cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or LOW 6-8 hours.

  3. 3

    Set to WARM and put chopped celery about 15 minutes before serving.
