Ingredients

  • 500 gmall purpose flour
  • to tastesalt
  • 1 tspcarom seeds
  • oil for fry

    Mix 125 gm oil in all purpose flour...add salt and carrom seeds...with water knead a dough

  2. 2

    Heat oil....now take a ball size dough...roll it....cut in strips...fry it
