Steps

In a bowl add the chicken
pieces and drizzle some of the
oil in. Add all the remaining
ingredients(including the lime
juice) and rub in until all the pieces
are well covered in spice. - 2
In a heated pan add the remaining
oil and allow it to get hot.(should
be just enough to cover the base plan) - 3
Add the chicken pieces with
the skin side down. Let them
fry until you get your desired
colour then turn and let the
other side acquire the same.
(Keep checking so as not to
burn them). - 4
Once the chicken pieces
are nicely browned, transfer
them to a baking tray and
bake at 200°c for about 12
minutes or until done. By
now they should look like
kuku choma. Serve. Easy
