Beat moong daal paste until fluffy.

Slowly add half grated cabbage I.e.1 cup and 1 tsp green chilli paste along with salt to taste.

Adjust consistancy of batter at this stage if required.

Boil water in cooker.

Grease idli pan.

Mix eno in batter and immediately pour in idli stand and steam for 12 minutes. Check it must be done. If not steam for 2 more minutes.

In a bowl mix rest 1 cup grated cabbage, mayonese, little salt and remaining chilli paste and mix well.

On the bed of this mixture serve idli

And garnish with remaining 1/4cup each of grated carrot and cabbage.

Enjiy Nutritious cabbage idli.

15 minutes approximately is cooking time. However it doesn't include soaking 8 hours and preparation time of 15 minutes
