Sock rice in water for 20 minutes. cut the onion and tomato into small pieces.

Heat the oil in a cooker. Put 1 tbs jeera into it. Then add the cut vegetables.

Add the rice and and 2 glasses of water. turn off the gas stove after 1 or 2 whistle.

Pulav is ready to serve.
