Paprika
Mixed herbs
Oregano
2 clovesgarlic
1onion
Cooking oil
Dhania (coriander leaves)
Breadcrumbs
1/4 kgLiver
2Tomatoes greated
Pinchsalt

Steps

In a bowl mix all your spices and add breadcrumbs

Add the liver and coat well

In a pan shallow fry the coated liver till cooked

In a separate cooking pan put cooking oil, add the onion and garlic cook them.

Add capsicums and greated tomatoes and let them cook. Season with salt

Add your liver let it cook for like 2 minutes add soy sauce.

Let it cook for 2minutes garnish with coriander leaves.
