Steps

Take frying pan and heat some oil in it add jeera, Rai, Kadi Patta and green chilli and Saute it.

Then add onion, vegetables and fry it.

Now mix ginger garlic paste and all masala and fry it.

Now add mashed potatoes and Paneer cubes and cook for sometime.

Now spread green coriander, chaat masala, lemon juice and salt and mix well.

Take out of gas and keep it aside to cool. Mixture ready.

Now take bread slices and soak it in water and then press it on both Palms to drain all water.

Now roll the mixture and cover it with the bread slice.

Now cover it with suji and fry it in oil in frying pan.

Bread roll ready.
