  • 1 cuprice
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 tbskesar
  • as neededDry fruits

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil milk in a pan and let it reduce little bit.

  2. 2

    Wash rice and add into milk.

  3. 3

    Boil on slim flame in 25-30 min.

  4. 4

    Add sugar and cook again for 5-10 min.

  5. 5

    Add kesar and garnish with dry fruits.

  6. 6

    Kheer is ready to serve.
