Ingredients

  • 1 bowlsuji
  • 1 bowlcurd
  • 1 pouch eno
  • As needed little water
  • 1/2 cupbesan
  • 1/2 tspSalt,
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspdash of garlic
  • As needed water to mix besan

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix suji, curd and water.

  2. 2

    Spread little oil in idli maker moulds.

  3. 3

    Mix eno in batter.

  4. 4

    Pour batter in idli moulds and steam it for 15 minutes.

  5. 5

    Keep it aside for cooling.

  6. 6

    After that dip it into besan batter.

  7. 7

    Fry it in hot oil and cut it into half.

  8. 8

    Serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
