1 cupsuji
4 tspbesan
1 pouch eno
to tasteSalt
1 cupchopped vegetables (onion,tomato, capsicum)
1 cupbeaten curd
as needed Water
as neededOil

Steps

Take a big bowl add ingredients except eno and mix well, make thin batter lije chila batter.

Heat non stic tava or pan, apply oil, clean with tussu paper, spread batter with laddle.

Now spread chopped veggeies on batter.

Flip it and apply oil.

Cook till crispy, serve hot with tomato sauce.
