Add maida,salt,oil and water and make a dough.

Take rest dough for 1/2 hour.

Heat oil in a wok add urad dal paste, and all spices and roast till leave the oil.

Make balls with the dough, make Puri fill this mixture bind and roll it again.

Heat oil in a wok add kachori and deep fry till golden in colour.
