In a deep kadai add oil then mustard seeds jeera and saunf curry pata and let it splutter then add onions ginger garlic paste turmeric powder and cook well. Then add chopped cabbage potato and peas with little salt chilli powder Dhaniya powder and amchur cook well. While cooking don’t pour water just sprinkle water.

Make a soft dough with atta salt and water by slowly incorporating the water don’t add all at once. Keep aside.

Roll out into one inch roti put in stuffing on one side then roll from one side and tuck in from both left side and right side then roll fully and make a roll. Apply oil and sprinkle onion seeds on it and bake in a preheat oven for 18 mins at 180 degrees.

To make like balls roll and stuffing in center and then clip the sides to bring it to the middle and oil and bake at same temperature for same time. Garnish and serve.
