Method for manchurian balls

Firstly grate cabbage and carrot add sime salt and let it rest for 10mins.

Now squeeze the excess water from the cabbage and carrot and mix it with the grated potatoes.

Now add all the above ings and mix well to form a soft dough

Now make small balls and deep fry on medium flame till golden brown and. crispy.

Method for gravy

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a big pan and saute ginger garlic paste.

Now add onion capsicum and green chillies and saute for few mins.

Now add all the sauces vinegar salt black pepper and simmer the flame and cook.

Now add the corn flour paste.
and cook for few mins. - 11
Add the balls to the sauce.

Cook for 3_4 mins on low flame keep stirring.

Put it in a serving dish and garnish with spring onion. Or coriander.

Serve hot
