Ingredients

  1. Parsnip peels
  2. to tasteSalt
  3. Vegetable oil, for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Pre-wash the parsnips before peeling.

  2. 2

    Line a bowl with kitchen roll and peel the parsnips into the bowl as you go along.

  3. 3

    Heat up the fryer and toss the peels into the fryer. Don't over load it, cook in batches if needed. Fry for about a minute or until the parsnips are golden brown and crispy.

  4. 4

    Line a dish with kitchen roll again and toss in the cooked parsnip peels.

  5. 5

    Season with salt and enjoy.
