Vanilla chocolate marble cake

Preheat oven to 175°C. Grease and flour your tin

In a bowl sift all dry ingredients except the cocoa powder. Whisk well to mix everything

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy, add vanilla and whisk then whisk in eggs one by one.

Whisk in flour and milk alternatively, beginning and ending with flour until just incorporated

Divide the batter into two, in one add in the cocoa powder and fold in until mixed

Spoon the two batters alternatively into your baking dish. Slightly hit the tin to level everything then using a skewer or toothpick swirl around the batter in wavy motions

Bake for 30-35mins. Test with a skewer if it comes out clean it's ready. Remove from oven and allow to cool in tin for at least 10 mins then turn it on a rack and allow to cool completely. Enjoy
