Ingredients

  • 2brinjals roasted
  • 1tomato roasted
  • 1onion roasted
  • 4-5 clovesgarlic chopped
  • 3green chillies chopped
  • 1/2 bunch coriander leaves chopped
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

    Heat oil and fry the onion slices and garlic

  2. 2

    Add the brinjal slices and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  3. 3

    Add green chillies and tomato saute well adding sugar
