Steps

First boil potato and sweet potstoes in cooker. Make 3 whistles. It should not be very soft. Then cool it and peel it.

Then smash it. Then add milk powder and pinch of soda. Mix it very well. It should not be very soft. So in that way u should add milk powder.

First make one small ball and fry it in oil on low flame. If it breaks in oil then add some more milk powder and make all balls.

Fry all balls in oil on low flame. Make small batches while frying. Add 5 to 6 balls in oil and fry on low flame.

Fry all balls in oil on low flame until light brown.

Then in A kadai add 2 cup sugar and 2 cup water. When sugar dissolves in water then switch off the flame.

Then add all fried balls in sugar syrup. Then keep this aside for 5 to 6 hours.

Here our jamuns are ready to serve.

You can see jamuns are very soft inside also. They melts in mouth.

Now serve sweet potato gulab jamuns for fast.
