Steps

In a pan add the curd and Baking soda. Squeeze it properly and add the Maida. Add little water and make into thick dough.

In another pan add sugar and elachi powder and make it into thich syrup.

From the dough make into thin pieces and fry it in the ghee. Soak it into the sugar syrup.

Check out after 10 minutes and store it in the container.

Badhusha is ready to taste.
