  1. 1whole chicken - 1.6 kg
  2. salt
  3. Chinese white wine
  4. Spring onions
  5. Ginger

Steps

  1. 1

    Line a wok with spring onions and ginger below chicken

  2. 2

    Steam 25 mins inside wok

    Rub salt & chinese white wine on chicken.
