In a pan add Saffron 1 cup out of the litre water, Ginger, Sugar and bring to the boil on a medium flame

Cook until sugar dissolves, take it off the flame add the mint, Cardamon pods, lemon juice let it cool down. Add the rest of the water cover and rest for 10 minutes.

Now strain the mixture and add the rest of the water. You can use the same saffron strands or add new ones to garnish Add enough ice cubes to make it chilled. Serve immediatly
