Steam the florets and strain the water away

Now heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and whole garam masalas

Add ginger paste and saute well till the raw smell disappears

Add florets and saute adding salt

Now add green chillies and tomatoes

Cover it till it is soft and moist

Now add the red chilli Powder and mix well

Add sugar and poppy seeds paste and mix
- 9
Garnish with coriander leaves and green chillies and serve
