  • 4bitter gourd sliced
  • 1 tspcumin coriander powder roasted
  • 1 tbspgram flour
  • 1/2 tspred chilli Powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

20 minutes

    Heat oil and fry the gourd slices

  2. 2

    As it is half done remove it

  3. 3

    Now mix all the masalas and coat the gourd slices well

  4. 4

    Now again fry the slices till crisp
