Ingredients

  1. 1 lbground beef
  2. 1/2 cupgreen pepper
  3. 1/2 cuponion
  4. 1 tcelery salt
  5. 1/2 cupWorcestershire sauce
  6. to tasteSalt and pepper
  7. 15 ozbeef broth
  8. 2 1/2 cupstomato juice
  9. 1 packageegg noodles
  10. 1/2 cupwater
  11. 1 cupsour cream
  12. 1 (8 oz)can mushrooms

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown ground beef with onions and green pepper

  2. 2

    Add seasonings

  3. 3

    Add egg noodles to beef mixture

  4. 4

    Pour liquid mixture over noodles. Once noodles are tender add mushrooms and sour cream. Do not boil!
