Ingredients

  • 2boiled potato
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1/4 cuppea
  • 1/4 tspjeera seed
  • 1/4 tspmustard seed
  • 1 pinchhing
  • 4-5garlic clove
  • 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1/4haldi powder
  • 1 teaspooncoriander powder
  • Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in kadai on medium flame, add jeera masturd hing let them creckle

    Then add roughly mashed potato, chopped tomato, and pea mix well. Cook for 2-3 mint

  3. 3

    Then add salt, coriander powder, turmaric powder, mix well add sufficient water, mix well. Cover it and cook on simmer flame about for 15-20 min.take garlic, red chilli powder and little oil in pastle make a coarse paste add in boiling sabji, this paste will inhance taste,
