In a bowl take one cup curd add 1 tsp sugar(if required) whisk it well then add 1 tbsp gulkand mix it well and strain it from strainer.

Now add 1 cup rabdi in gulkand flavoured curd mix very well with the help of whisker, so both mix uniformly if you want you can add 1-2 drop rose colour.

For top layer take 1/4 cup rabdi add 1/2 tsp paan paste mix it well,

In glass pour gulkand mixure, then pour paan flavour rabdi

Keep this glass in fridge for about 4-5 hours for settling

Serve this chilled.
