Steps

1

Peel and wash the yam,put in a pot,add water and boil till it gets soft.
2

Put the boil boiled yam in a bowl,add the salt,seasoning,curry and pepper.Mash it very well
3

Make some balls with the yam,whisk the eggs and deep each ball in the whisked egg and deep fry.
