Boil the water add little salt, oil and dry noodles to it. Boil it till it gets half cooked. Take off the noodles and add cold water in it. Stain the water, put oil on noodles mix it and keep it aside.

Take a pan. Add oil and heat. Add all the veggies, ginger garlic paste, salt, ajinomoto and cook it for 2-3 minutes.

Add schezwan sauce, chilli sauce and soya sauce, stir it well. Add boiled noodles and mix it well for 2-3 mins. Serve it hot in this amazing winter
