  1. 3Brinjal
  2. 2 tspGarlic crushed
  3. 1 tspGinger paste
  4. 1Tomato greted
  5. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  6. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  7. 2 tspCoriander powder
  8. 1/ 2 tspMango powder
  9. 1 tspTamarind powder
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 2 tspCoriander leaf
  12. 1 tsp Basen roasted
  13. 1 pinchJeera powder
  14. 1 pinchBlack pepper
  15. 2 tspOil

Steps

25 miniutes
  1. 1

    Cut the Brinjal 4 times layer by layer.it will be joint from it's crown.

  2. 2

    .put all spices & some oil in a bowl.

  3. 3

    Mix it very well.

  4. 4

    Spread it in brinjals layer.

  5. 5

    Spread oil in it & keep it in pan or oven for 15 miniutes.

  6. 6

    Remove it from the flame.

  7. 7

    Garnish it with coriander leaf.

  8. 8

    Now a spicy,tangy, taesty,dish is ready to eat.

  9. 9

    Serve it hot_ hot any time.
