Chopped all vegetables. Heat butter in a pan. Add chopped onion and ginger garlic paste. saute 1 minute.

After that add all chopped vegetables and boiled corn. After sauting for 4-5 minutes, add salt, tomato sauce & Red chilli sauce Mix well. Lastly add grated paneer. Now take it out in a bowl. Masala is ready.

Now take melted butter in a small bowl. Add tomato & red chilli sauce and grated Cheese. Mix them well. Keep the mixture aside.

Take 1 slice of bread and cut it as shown in pic

Take 1 full size bread.spread mixture of butter, cheese and sauce over bread and put 2 and bread over it.

Now heat Butter in a pan and half toast bread both sides. Now fill masala in bread. Put grated Cheese over masala. Now fully toast bread.

Bread Cheese Masala is ready to serve.
