Freeze the bowl that you will beat the ice cream in the refrigerator for about 30mins.

Add the chilled milk and whipping cream powder into the chilled bowl.

Beat the mixture with a hand mixer till thick.

Add the condensed milk and vanilla, whip them together for about 3-4mins.

Transfer the cream from bowl to any container and freeze.
