Ingredients

1/2 cupgram flour
1/2 cupSemolina
1/2 cupCurd
to tasteSalt according
1/4 tspTurmeric power
1/2 spoonMustard seeds
Some Curry leaves
2Green chillies
1 Eno pack
2 spoonsOil

Steps

Mix gram flour, semolina, salt turmeric, curd. And mix well. Add eno pack and mix

Grease the steamer mould put in the batter. And steam 15 mins.

Heat remaining oil pan add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chillies add on Dhokla. Dhokla is ready. Serve with tomato sauce.
