Ingredients

  1. 2 cupschopped rotisserie chicken without the skin
  2. 1/2 cupminced celery
  3. 1/2 cupminced carrots
  4. 1/2 cupmayonnaise with olive oil
  5. 2 tbsyellow mustard
  6. 1 tspcelery salt
  7. 1 tspgranulated garlic
  8. pinchpaprika
  9. freshly ground pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Combine the chicken, celery, carrot, red onion, mayonnaise, mustard, celery salt, granulated garlic, paprika and 1 teaspoon pepper in a bowl. Mix until combined.

    Serve the chicken salad on the toasted rolls with lettuce and tomato.
