Wash saag and palak and cut it.

Now take a pressure cooker and add water, saag, palak, green chillies and boil it for 10 to 15 min.

Now blend the boiled saag.

Take a pan heat oil and add garlic & ginger paste and saute for 2 min.

Put onions and tomatoes and cook for 4 min.

Put dry spices and mix gently.

Now add saag in it and cook for 2 min.

It's ready now and serve it hot.
