Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 cuprice
  • 1chopped onion
  • 2 tspChopped ginger
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1Maggie cube
  • 2cloves
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 2green cardamom
  • 1 inchCinnamon stick
  • 5whole white pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and soak rice

  2. 2

    Heat oil, add cumin seeds and whole spices and let them crackle

  3. 3

    Add spices and 2 cup water

  4. 4

    Cook till done

  5. 5

    Give standing time of 15 minutes

  6. 6

    Serve garnished with whit pepper and cinnamon stick and nutmeg
