Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 cuprice
  2. 1chopped onion
  3. 2 tspChopped ginger
  4. 3 tbsp oil
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  7. 1Maggie cube
  8. 2cloves
  9. 1 tspcumin seeds
  10. 2green cardamom
  11. 1 inchCinnamon stick
  12. 5whole white pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and soak rice

  2. 2

    Heat oil, add cumin seeds and whole spices and let them crackle

  3. 3

    Add spices and 2 cup water

  4. 4

    Cook till done

  5. 5

    Give standing time of 15 minutes

  6. 6

    Serve garnished with whit pepper and cinnamon stick and nutmeg
