Steps

Make a mixed paste of onion, garlic, ginger and green chilli.

Mix all the ingredients with mutton except salt, gandharaj lemon juice and keep for marination minimum 4 hour.

Heat a pan with some oil. Fry potato with salt and turmeric powder and keep aside.

Add marinated mutton in a same pan and cook on medium heat until oil seperates from it. Add salt and fried potato and cover with lid on low heat.

Check the mutton become soft or not. If mutton become soft open the lid and add lemon juice and sugar. Switch off the flame and it is ready to be served
