  1. Whole rice noodle sheets (bánh phở)
  2. 1carrot
  3. Dried shiitake mushrooms
  4. 1daikon radish
  5. Shallots
  6. Cilantro
  7. Mixed fresh herbs
  8. Seasoning
  9. Sweet and sour Thai sauce
  10. Water
  11. Cooking oil
  12. Black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Shred the daikon radish and carrot into thin strips.

    Soak the dried shiitake mushrooms in water until soft, then slice thinly. Sauté with a little fried shallot and season to taste.

    Wash the fresh herbs thoroughly, soak in salted water, then drain well.

    Sauté the shredded daikon and carrot until cooked, seasoning to taste.

    Lay out the rice noodle sheets, add fresh herbs, sautéed daikon, carrot, and mushrooms, then roll up. Serve with sweet and sour dipping sauce.
