Take a pan.put into 1 spoon malai.

After that put into chopped onion, tomato, green chilli and ginger, garlic paste.

Put into malai and mix well

After 1 min put into salt,red chilli powder,garam masala,maggi masala,black peper powder and mix well.

In the end when malai changed into cheese and ghee off the flame.

And now put into coriander leaves and mix well

Serve it with bread or Parantha(according your taste.)
