4large Eggs
Left over chicken sauce
to tasteSalt and pepper
Veg oil as required
1Red pepper
1/2 cupSpring onions
2Seasoning cubes
1/2 tspThyme
1/2 tspblack pepper

Steps

Break eggs add salt,seasoning,thyme,black pepper and spring onions
2

Heat veg oil add in egg mixture,stir continuously
3

When eggs are fully cooked add in chopped red bell peppers
4

Serve with bread or main dish of choice,eg rice or spaghetti.
