Steps

Firstly take a leftover roti and cut it in 4 piece and cut all roti's in a same way.

Take a triangle shape roti and apply same maida salary on one edge and then stick it with another edges and make a cone. Make all cone same way and leave it for 5 min.

For stuffing:- take a pan heat oil add chopped onion,green chilli, ginger and saute it.now add chopped tricolour capsicum and cook for 2 min.

Now add crumble paneer,salt, black pepper, chat masala, garam masala,red chilli powder, and mix well.then add chopped coriander leave too.remove from flame and leave for cooling.

Now take a cone and stuff the paneer mixture inside properly one by one. Make all cones and keep ready.

Now take thin maida slary (add maida and water and make a thin paste)in a bowl. Take a cone dip in slary. Keep ready all cone.

Heat oil in a wok and fry all cone. Till it become little brown and crispy.

At a serving time dip the cone into ketchup ande then dip into the namkeen sev and serve to all.
