Ingredients

  1. 2leftover roti
  2. 3 tspall purpose flour
  3. 1 cuppaneer crumbled
  4. 1/2 cupchopped bellpaper (3 colour)
  5. 1onion chopped
  6. 1green chilli chopped
  7. 1 tspginger chopped
  8. 1/2 tspred Chilli powder
  9. 1/4 tspblackpapper powder
  10. 1 tspchaat masala
  11. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  12. Salt acc..To taste
  13. 2 cupoil
  14. 2 tbscorrainder leave
  15. 1/2 cupnaylon sev
  16. 1/2 cuptomato sauce
  17. 1/4 cuppomegranate seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly take a leftover roti and cut it in 4 piece and cut all roti's in a same way.

  2. 2

    Take a triangle shape roti and apply same maida salary on one edge and then stick it with another edges and make a cone. Make all cone same way and leave it for 5 min.

  3. 3

    For stuffing:- take a pan heat oil add chopped onion,green chilli, ginger and saute it.now add chopped tricolour capsicum and cook for 2 min.

  4. 4

    Now add crumble paneer,salt, black pepper, chat masala, garam masala,red chilli powder, and mix well.then add chopped coriander leave too.remove from flame and leave for cooling.

    Now take a cone and stuff the paneer mixture inside properly one by one. Make all cones and keep ready.

  6. 6

    Now take thin maida slary (add maida and water and make a thin paste)in a bowl. Take a cone dip in slary. Keep ready all cone.

  7. 7

    Heat oil in a wok and fry all cone. Till it become little brown and crispy.

  8. 8

    At a serving time dip the cone into ketchup ande then dip into the namkeen sev and serve to all.
