Take a pan and put 1tbsp oil and saute makhana to become little golden and take it out

Take a pan put 4 tbsp oil and put cumin seeds, bay leaves, red chilli in it and add tomatoes, ginger garlic puree and cook for 7-8 mins.

Now add dry spices and cashewnut paste also add 1 Cup of water and cook 4-5 mins.

Add makhana in it cover the lid and cook for 3-4 min. Now your shahi makhana is ready
