Ingredients

10minutes
  • Noodles
  • It seasoning
  • Vegetable oil
  • 1Raw egg

Steps

10minutes
  1. 1

    Boil noodles for just 3 minutes and pour in a sieve to drain out water

  2. 2

    Fetch like a tbs of oil in a hot pan allow to heat and pour in the the noodles and the it seasoning

  3. 3

    Whisk egg very well and add to it

  4. 4

    Add pepper if you would like to and continue to slip fry till it's dry
