Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees then grease and dust your baking tin

Put the flour, salt, sugar, baking powder and margarine in a mixing bowl. using your clean, dry hands, rub into a nice mixture

In another small bowl break the eggs one by one while adding them into the flour mixture and mix. Add the milk and make a smooth mixture.

Divide the mixture into two equal portions. to one add in the cocoa powder and the other add the rose essense, then whisk.

Using two separate laddles, one for the brown cocoa mixture, scoop the cocoa mixture, then the white mixture right on top of the cocoa mixture. repeat until you finish all the mixture.

Put the baking tin into the oven and reduce the heat to 160 degrees. bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
