Ingredients

  • Flour
  • Margarine
  • Sugar
  • Egg
  • Baking soda
  • Grated coconut, chocolate chips or raisins (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix butter and sugar, add egg

  2. 2

    Pour flour and little baking soda

  3. 3

    Add any of grated coconut, chocolate chips or raisins if desired

  4. 4

    Freeze the mixture for some minutes to get firm

  5. 5

    Roll out and cut desired shapes

  6. 6

    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes

  7. 7

    Best companion for tea 😎
